is India’s leading aquatic ecosystem restoration company. Company Roots
We trace our beginnings in India to the 2005 Expression of Interest for the Lake Nainital Restoration Project, in Uttarakhand, which led to the formation of 'Randhawa Brothers Enterprises'. We took on the name Randhawa Brosons Enterprises when it became clear in 2008 that there were fresh opportunities in Rajasthan India, which required additional partners consisting of both brothers and sons - thus “Brosons” was coined and replaced Brothers.
Global Scope
Our diverse and highly skilled workforce consists of approximately 20 employees and consultants, in approximately 7 states of India.

As of May 2014, we have completed seven lake restoration projects in India, and are the only company on the subcontinent to have rejuvenated any eutrophic lake; furthermore, we are also the only organisation, be it NGO, private or government, to have rejuvenated a lake over 100 acres in India - Nainital.

Technology and Methodology
We focus on technologies that improve our ability supplement aquatic ecosystem’s natural requirements in an organic and environmentally friendly fashion.

We also practice a holistic approach to our bioremediation methodology; in that, we understand food chains and the complexities of the entire ecosystem to ensure our scientific bioremedial methodologies and technologies are sustainable decades to come.

As a company and as individuals, we take great pride in contributing to the communities where we live and work. We also care about the environment and are proud of the many ways in which our employees work to safeguard it. Our persistent efforts to improve on our safe work environment continue to pay off.

S. P. S. Randhawa: Gulloo is the founder of Randhawa Brosons Enterprises and is the Managing Partner. He has over thirty years of experience in managing businesses and thirteen years in the environmental business. He holds an M.B.A. from St. Xaviers, Ranchi as well as an M.A. in English Literature from Ranchi University.

A. M. Randhawa: Aaron holds a Bachelors from the University of California. He has business experience in both the California and in Asia in the fields of Technology, Logistics, and Environmental Engineering.

Col (retd) K. S. Randhawa: Karamjit has over thirty years of work in engineering with skills applicable to a large range of engineering projects. He completed his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Khirkee Engineering College. As a Partner, he is the third shareholder.
